Accounts, registration and login

Why do I need an account to do the activities?
It is necessary to create an account before being able to solve investigations because it is what will allow you to save your progress in the different levels of difficulty.

Can I log in with another device and continue my survey?
Definitely! Your progress is associated with your account, not your device.

Can I share my account with friends or family?
Yes, but keep in mind that only one progress can be saved per account, you will not each be able to have your survey on the same course.

Routes and puzzles

I can’t find one of the clue panels…
If you ever do not find one of the clue panels, retrace your steps and respect the order of the puzzles, they are often in the order of the panels on the trail. In any case, usually, the set of clues is not necessary to solve the puzzles.
